They make 'em big in.... #1035

..Texas Mainz.

Phenomenal ravioli at the excellent cheese/excellent ham/excellent pasta/excellent everything stand on the market.

These are filled with ricotta and either basil, rocket or cep mushrooms.

Simmer in water for 4 minutes, flash-fry some sage leaves in olive oil, shave some parmigiana over and you're away.

Uuum good! When in Germany (and Mainz) many years ago, I wish that I had found some of your restaurants and markets because I didn't care for lots of the food I was served. Apparently I found all of the wrong places.

Those little round things look like Cheese Puffs, but you wouldn't know about that "over there"! I would like to taste that ravioli though. I've never heard of flash frying sage leaves, JB. Quelle surprise! I have heard of deep frying catfish though! :)

I've never seen ravioli that big - I'll take mine with ham & mushrooms !
