I was tempted to do a "John Whatley" - (you know - "Aren't we lucky people..!), but it's pretty self-evident when you figure that is just ONE of the cheese merchants on the market in Mainz And there are at LEAST 4 others.

aahhh! Behold the wonder of CHEESE!! :-D
Cheese, glorious cheese. Here in Portland I've been able to find many goat and sheep cheeses from all over the world. That means I, who suffer from lactose intolerance, can enjoy CHEESE!!
My favorite part of any store. Love both domestic and imported cheeses!
