Definitely cherries. We buy them direct from the farmer.
Sweet or Sour? I like them both but straight off the trees I like sweet best. Tart for pies and cobblers. Whose trees are these? Nice photograph.

I was born in Door County, WI and visit often. Tart cherries rule there and right about now, rural roads pass orchards that are a feast for the eyes.
